Phoenix ''B.E.A.T.'' Player 、プロデューサー、DJ。
思春期をロンドンで過ごし音楽、ファッション、ARTを学ぶというバックグラウンドが今の
サンパブのクリエイションの原点であり、バンドBrave Race(’02)や初のソロ作品Phoenix Beats('04)、
WISE & SONPUB('05)でのリリースのほか『風の人』『APE SOUNDS』（A BATHING APE?）でのリリース&活動を展開。

楽器演奏から作曲&トラックメイク、MIXエンジニアまで幅広く持ち合わせた才能で
Rip Slyme、湘南乃風、テリヤキボーイズ、Def Tech、WISE等数多くのプロデュース&制作活動もこなす。
'07年末DAFT PUNKワールドツアーの''Dafunk Fest''にてオープニングアクトも務める。
同年SpringrooveにてKanye west、Lupe Fiasco、Lauryn Hillらと共演。

2008年9月10日、満を持してUNIVERSAL MUSICと自身のプロダクション『PHOENIX PLAYERS（Since'04~）』
より1st メジャーアルバム『80 T.O 08 HAHA』（エイティトゥゼロエイト ハハ）をリリースし、
2008年度のiTuneベストエレクトロニックアルバム（ジャパニーズ）に選ばれる。
数百のアーティストの中からSONPUBの楽曲『I LOVE YOU』がキャノン- PIXUS -のCMタイアップ曲に抜擢される。
そしてそのリミックス曲『I LOVE YOU -Baby Punks ReRox-』が08 / 12 / 17よりi-tuneにて配信中。

世界水準かつ世界へ向けられたオリジナリティとアイデアに富んだサウンドは今なお国内を問わず
海外でも多くの支持を獲得し、2009年3月にテキサスのオースティンで行われた世界3大音楽産業FES
『SXSW』（サウスバイサウスウェスト）に出場し大成功を納める。それに伴い、2009年5月から
アルバム『80 T.O 08 HAHA』がiTunesアメリカ、カナダより配信がスタート。

VJのDIAGRAMと共に繰り広げる息の合ったLIVEは必見。
Rock、Hiphop、Electro、Techno、Houseファン全てを楽しませる。

Phoenix ''B.E.A.T.'' Player, Producer and DJ.
His creativety background is fashion and music that he studied through puberty in London.
Having returned from London, Sonpub released the Electro/Hip Hop fusion album “Brave Race Nation” with said band in 2002. Two years he followed up this release with his solo debut album “Pheonix Beats” in 2004.And also he made his own creative production ''Phoenix Players'' in 2004.
Next year he released an album ''DAKID'' with best partner Wise from ''Teriyaki Boyz'' by a unit name of ''WISE 'N SONPUB'' in 2005 from APE SOUNDS.
Also his activity getting wider and wider even more, he worked for "KAZE NO HITO" and "APE SOUNDS" (A BATHING APE?).

Sonpub is endowed with talent, plays instruments, song/track writing also he does mix engineering.
He produced and worked for so many artists such as RIP SLYME, SHONAN-NO-KAZE, TERIYAKI BOYZ?, DEF TECH and WISE.
He was selected as the opening act of DAFT PUNK rld tour in 2007.
In the same year he performed at Springroove festival that appeared variety of artists such as Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco and Lauryn Hill.

On the 10th September 2008, long awaited second album "80 T.O 08 HAHA" has been released through Universal Music Japan and got "Best Electric Album" on iTunes in 2008.

Sonpub's "I LOVE YOU" was selected Cannon Pixas TV commercial song from a few hundred songs.
And remix of the song "I LOVE YOU -Baby Punks ReRox-" released in digital on 17th December 2008.

His original sound full of ideas is embraced not only domestically but on an international level aswell with Sonpub played live at the SXSW festival in Texas in 2009 and his album "80 T.O 08 HAHA" released on iTunes USA and Canada in May 2009.

His live set comprises of him utilising a sampler, PC and effects units. Live Visuals are also integral part of his set and are played by his long time collaborator VJ Diagram.

In the mid July 2009, Mix CD "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE 1" and 12 inch vinyl "ZOMBI ISLAND vol.1" will be released at the same time.
