2006年7月、親友Ivan Kuzbassと共に音楽イベント"Minimal Tokyo"を開始し、オーガナイズ&Djキャリアをスタートする。以後、Soft (青山)、Liquid Loft (恵比寿)、 UNIT (代官山)など東京都内のラウンジやクラブで"Minimal Tokyo"を開催。海外からLimacon (Pokerflat), Sarah Goldfarb (treibstoff), Tom Ellis (trimsound), Leif (fear of flying), Daniel Steinberg (Stlye Rockets), Patrick Chardronett (Connaisseur Recordings)など個性的なアーティストを招き、その共演の経験からダビーで抜けの良い独特なDjスタイルを確立した。2009年に Minimal Tokyoのレギュラーイベントは終了するものの、Tatsuya, Ivan Kuzbass(Dopplio), Shu Okuyama (milnormodern/minimood), Vj Spielfilmの4人は世界を視野に入れた新たなステップに踏み出している。

Started Minimal Tokyo with Ivan Kuzbass (aka Doppio) in July 2006, he has organized music/art events at such places as Soft (aoyama), Liquid Loft (ebisu), and UNIT (daikanyama).Since then, Tatsuya and Ivan Kuzbass worked hard bringing unique and distinctive minimal/house producers, Limacon (Pokerflat), Sarah Goldfarb (treibstoff), Tom Ellis (trimsound), Leif (fear of flying), Daniel Steinberg (Style Rockets), Patrick Chardronett (Connaisseur Recordings) to name a few.From performing and learning from these artists, Tatsuya quickly established a dj style with simple dub house base, mixing it with clicky minimal techno.Although Minimal Tokyo's regular event ended in 2009, Tatsuya, Ivan Kuzbass, Shu Okuyama (milnormodern records), and Vj Spielfilm is re-contructing Minimal Tokyo and aiming worldwide for new form of minimal art and techno music.
